The Operations Department, or Ops, is the heart of our unit when it comes to keeping things moving. They handle everything from managing color guards and coordinating community service projects to organizing fundraisers and other essential tasks that keep our unit running smoothly. Without Ops, the cadets wouldn’t have the opportunities to serve, compete, and show off their skills. Their work behind the scenes makes sure every event and activity happens on time and at the standard we expect—helping our unit function like a well-oiled machine.
